Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom-printed orders may require additional production time of 3–7 business days depending on complexity and order volume.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-demand periods.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items Some of our products — including custom 3D-printed parts, figurines, and accessories — are made to order. These items are non-stocked and ship after production is complete. Estimated timelines will be noted on the product page.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
